This is a ZERO DRUG/ALCOHOL/EVENT…..

We have an event planned that will start in Prescott Valley and stage at the VA DOM Medical Facility front entrance hospital. This is considered a point to point ride and estimated 50-63 mile

This ride will be riding and enjoying the Prescott valley town, timbers and valleys as well as various other sceneries.  The route will consist of driving on pavement, power thru some forest service road, trails and some rocks, hills and mountains. If that’s not enough we will be riding thru the town of Crown King and eating lunch at one of the towns Restaurants. We will also relax and play a little.

We will stage and park our rigs at the staging area on government property and we are able to leave them on property until we return.

Plan on being back by 445pm as we have to have all participants back to the VA Dom Hospitals.

Note: They are very strict on parking and traffic, please follow all guidance and signs as well as speed. Adrenaline Therapy Board members will be out and about guiding and directing where to park and stage.

Note: Speed is 5-10MPH Only, also all direction of Rigs are moving Clockwise

You will need a full tank of gas.

This event will fill up fast, first come, first serve. Please be mindful that if you sign up to participate or volunteer, we would really appreciate that you commit to going, we do not want to leave anyone behind due to a shortage of Side by Side’s (UTVs).  However, things happen and if you are not able to attend, please notify us by email or phone.

On the morning of the ride, we will have a check in table for all Participants and Drivers (for raffle). Please be sure to visit these check-ins as we need to ensure accountability.

Also waivers need to be signed if applicable.

No merchandise will be available due to government property.

For our Volunteers/Driver’s, we will be out in the open most of the trail, it is recommended that sunscreen, bug spray and ponchos are packed.

Also we are asking that the Minimum speed for all Volunteer Driver’s will be 20-25mph, Safety at all times and take in count of  Visibility .

Volunteers/Driver’s we are asking for you to please indicate on the sign up forms how many open seats you will have available for our participants.

For our Participants, space is limited in the Side by Side (UTVs), so, if bringing a bag or backpack, please be mindful of size (no larger than 22 inches tall). We recommend wearing closed toe shoes; light weight pants or shorts, t-shirts or long sleeves.  The weather varies so clothing choices are based on the current forecast.

Please note: DRIVERS That there is a chance that a few of the participants might decide last minute, not to participate. If this happens, we will do everything we can to fill up each Side by Side with a Participant. If you end up not having a Participant, we hope you would stay and enjoy the event.

Come on out and enjoy, and let’s give a VETERAN or FIRST RESPONDER, ACTIVE MILITARY, GOLD STAR FAMILY MEMBER one heck of a memorable time and adventure.
