Prescott To Crown King

This is a ZERO TOLLERANCE DRUG/ALCOHOL/WEAPON free event…..
Perfect Day to go for a Ride……………
We have an exciting event scheduled that will begin in Prescott Valley, staging at the VA DOM Medical Facility front entrance. This is a point-to-point ride estimated to cover approximately 55-65 miles.
Enjoy a scenic adventure through Prescott Valley, exploring its towns, timberlands, valleys, and diverse landscapes. The route will include paved roads, forest service roads, trails, rocky sections, hills, and mountain terrain. As an added highlight, we’ll pass through the charming town of Crown King and enjoy lunch at one of its local restaurants. There will also be time to relax and have some fun.
**Festivities:**
– Raffle for Drivers (win a gas card)
– Poker Run for Participants (prizes and swag in a backpack)
– Bingo for Everyone (surprise prizes)
Lunch will be provided by The Mill, courtesy of Arizona SxS Adrenaline Therapy.
We will stage and park our vehicles on government property, where they can remain until we return. Please plan to be back between 4:30 and 5:00 PM, as all participants need to be back at the VA DOM Hospitals by then.
**Important Notes:**
– Parking and traffic are strictly regulated. Please follow all guidance, signage, and speed limits.
– Adrenaline Therapy Board members will be on-site to assist with parking and staging.
– Speed on government property is limited to 5-10 MPH.
– All vehicles and buggies will move clockwise along the route.
– A full tank of gas is required.
This event has limited spots and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. If you sign up to participate or volunteer, we kindly ask that you commit to attending to avoid leaving anyone behind due to a shortage of Side-by-Sides (UTVs). If your plans change, please notify us by email or phone.
On the morning of the event, there will be a check-in station for all participants and drivers—please stop by to confirm your attendance and complete any necessary waivers.
**Additional Information:**
– Merchandise will not be available on government property.
– Volunteers and drivers will be outdoors most of the time—please bring sunscreen, bug spray, and rain ponchos.
– Volunteer drivers should maintain a minimum speed of 20-25 MPH, prioritize safety, and stay close to the pack.
– Please indicate on your sign-up how many open seats you have available for participants.
**Participant Guidelines:**
– Space in Side-by-Sides is limited; please keep bags or backpacks to a maximum of 22 inches tall.
– Recommended attire includes closed-toe shoes, lightweight pants or shorts, and T-shirts or long sleeves, depending on the weather.
**Driver Notes:**
– Some participants may cancel last minute. If that happens, we will do our best to fill each vehicle. If not, we hope you’ll stay and enjoy the event anyway.
Come out and have a great time, helping us give a Veteran, First Responder, or Active Military member an unforgettable experience.
