Morristown/Dillons/Vulture Mine Ride

February 22 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Dillons

Let’s Ride…………………………………..

It’s been a year, since we been at Dillions/Vulture Mine, and let me tell you we are excited as well as both facilities. This is a highly anticipated Veteran/First Responder Event of the year and its locally in Phoenix, Arizona off of Hwy 60 before Carefree Hwy.

Ride Details:

We are riding and staging at Dillions in Morristown. We will be doing a 60 mile round trip to Vulture Mine Ghost Town, spend an hour and a half and have snacks or lunch at Vulture Mine, then return back to Dillions where we will be eating dinner with our Veterans and First Responders from the ride and enjoying any festivities that could be going on at Dillions and the Rodeo Grounds.

We will encounter some Adrenaline Therapy Rush, beware that this could possibly be some of our volunteers first ride out at dillions and for the participants it will for sure be there first time and I can go as far and say it will be there first time in an UTV. So what does that mean, well it means it’s time to go slow, fast, get dirty, get wet, hit some boulders, drift thru the wash and maybe add a little Arizona Pin Stripping. All ingredients of one Heck  of a good time.

There will be a Poker Run for the Veterans and First Responders……..

There will be a Raffle for all Drivers…………..

*********Attention to All**************

Dinner will be at Dillions. We have a very special guest Brian Lockwood ‘Director of Operations” representing JT THORPE. They have elected to Sponsor this event and Provide dinner for all. We encourage you to stop by their tent at staging area in the morning and meet and greet Brian and his staff.

You ask who is JT THORPE ?

JT THORPE is a leading national contractor who specializes in fireproofing (both shop + field), coatings/epoxy flooring, scaffolding, and insulation. We have vast experience in the Data Center, Power, Mining, EV Battery, and Semiconductor markets.

****Please be advise that this is a dinner event, you will need to bring snacks and some sort of lunch as we break at the half way point at Vulture Mine****

We will stage and park our rigs at the staging area located at the bottom of this page. It will be located in Wickenburg at the Rodeo Grounds.  You will need a full tank of gas. Also Dry camping is available and you would have to make reservations on your own.

On the morning of the ride, we will have a check in table for all Participants, Drivers, Guest and Volunteers. Please be sure to visit the check-in area as we need to ensure accountability and waivers signed if applicable.

This event will fill up fast, so be the first to volunteer your empty seat/s on your SxS and sign up. Please be mindful that if you say you’re going, we would really appreciate that you dedicate in going, we do not want to leave a Veteran or First Responder behind due to shortage of SxS’s on the day of the event.
