SUMMARY:Vultures\, Outlaws & Cowboys
DESCRIPTION:Let’s Ride………………………………….. \nThis is our 5th year with Dillions and Vulture Mine\, and let me tell you we are excited as well as both facilities. This is a highly anticipated Veteran/First Responder Event of the year and its locally in Phoenix\, Arizona off of Hwy 60 before Carefree Hwy. \n  \nRide Details: \nWe are riding and staging at Dillions in Morristown. We will be doing a 65 mile round trip to Vulture Mine Ghost Town\, spend an hour and a half and have snacks or lunch at Vulture Mine (need to provide your own)\, then return back to Dillions where we will be eating dinner with our Veterans and First Responders from the ride and enjoying any festivities that could be going on at Dillions and the Rodeo Grounds. \nWe will encounter some Adrenaline Therapy Rush\, beware that this could possibly be some of our volunteers first ride out at dillions and for the participants it will for sure be there first time and I can go as far and say it will be there first time in an UTV. So what does that mean\, well it means it’s time to go slow\, fast\, get dirty\, get wet\, hit some boulders\, drift thru the wash and maybe add a little Arizona Pin Stripping. All ingredients of one Heck  of a good time. \n  \nThere will be a Poker Run for the Veterans and First Responders…….. \n  \nDinner will be at Dillions provided by Dillions Staff\, curtesy of Arizona SxS Adrenaline Therapy\nVulture Mine Attendance: \nAll Veterans and First Responders admission for Vulture Mine will be handled by Arizona SxS Adrenaline Therapy…. \nDrivers and Guest will receive a discount curtesy of Arizona SxS Adrenaline Therapy at the Main Gate of Vulture Mine. (Let the attendant know your with \nAdrenaline Therapy/Recommend bring cash\, but debt card is also welcome) \n  \n****Please be advise that this is a dinner event\, you will need to bring snacks and some sort of lunch as we break at the half way point at Vulture Mine**** \nWe will stage and park our rigs at the staging area located at Dillions. It will be located in Morristown at the Rodeo Grounds.  You will need a full tank of gas. Also Dry camping is available and you would have to make reservations on your own. \nPLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP EARLY\, AS THEY STAFF NEEDS TO SET UP AND GET THE AREA READY. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER UNTIL ARIZONA SXS ADRENALINE THERAPY STAFF IS READY. PLEASE RESPECT THIS REQUEST AS IT DOES RELIEVE ALOT OF PRESSURE AND CONFUSION FOR ALL. THANK YOU\n************There will be a Cap of how many Drivers can sign up*********** \nThis event will fill up fast\, so be the first to volunteer your empty seat/s on your SxS and sign up. Please be mindful that if you say you’re going\, we would really appreciate that you dedicate in going\, we do not want to leave a Veteran or First Responder behind due to shortage of SxS’s on the day of the event. \nOn the morning of the ride\, we will have a check in table and tents for all Participants\, Drivers\, Guest and Volunteers. Please be sure to visit the check-in area as we need to ensure accountability and waivers signed if applicable. \nParticipant: \nFor our Participants\, space is limited in the Side by Side (UTVs)\, so\, if bringing a bag or backpack\, please be mindful of size (no larger than 22 inches tall). We recommend wearing closed toe shoes; light weight pants or shorts\, t-shirts or long sleeves.  The weather varies so clothing choices are based on the current forecast. This will be a bumpy and dirty ride and possibly wet one as well. It is recommended that sunscreen\, bug spray and ponchos are packed. \n  \nPlease see link below if your curios about Dillions at Western Trails Ranch \n  \nWestern Trails Ranch \n \nPlease contact our Volunteer Coordinator if interested in Volunteering \nCorey Darr #253-640-0868 \n  \n****Please note Drivers**** \nThat there is a chance that a few of our Veterans or First Responders might decide last minute\, not to participate. If this happens\, we will do everything we can to fill up each Side by Side with a Veteran or First Responder. If you end up not getting one\, we hope you would stay and enjoy the event and ride. \nNOTE TO ALL: Always stay tuned and updated to weather reports and in the area we will be riding. The weather can change very quickly and go from cold to hot and vice versa. \nPlease keep your eyes on the event for updates. There is plenty of information already and always more to come. \n  \n***All Times and Event are subject to change***\nTimes will be posted as we wrap up logistics with the facility \n\n\nClick HERE for Participant and Drive Forms
